While the food is generally good, some customers have had issues with portion sizes and wait times. The staff has received mixed reviews, with some praising their professionalism and friendliness while others have experienced unhelpful customer service. Overall, if you're looking for a quick Chinese food fix, this place might be worth a visit despite some potential drawbacks.
Worst food I have had in a long time. Food was very cold. dry and old. Doordash driver was amazing eventhough the restaurant was was terrible.
Ordered the 1x plate I liked the orange chicken Kung pao chicken and the veges were ok. However the rice was dry didnt care for it.
They were out of Coke Zero. Not too big of a deal. my order was for a bigger plate. 1 side and 3 entrees.. I got smaller portions of rice and orange chicken. I didnt get my entree of walnut shrimp. There was no soy sauce, a couple sweet and sours. The rice isnt fresh its all clumpy. I usually love Panda Express so this delivery was a waste. The foods not cheap. so at least give me what I ordered. Mei at Panda said shell give me a free order of walnut shrimp but not possible without a car. You meant order I paid for right? Big disappointment when the one thing I wanted they messed up.
The food is always great. Their chicken is always amazing no matter which dish its in. I especially love the Mushroom Chicken , with always fresh bite sized mushrooms and Honey Walnut Shrimp . the beans were over cooked, as though theyd been in the warming pan all day. The Super Greens broccoli was really fresh and good.
This place is what it is. If you like fast food Chinese (American style not authentic Chinese) then this is about as good as it gets. It is usually fresh and they rotate in new dishes frequently. It's good but don't expect too much.
