We called to get on the wait list as instructed by the restaurant's recorded phone message we went online. It did not work after numerous attempts we decided to go to the restaurant and wait. I mentioned the concern to the hostess and was told the online waitlist was turned off because it's Valentine's Day. It is first come first serve.
