"This cosy vaulted restaurant nestled in the Guibertes village next to Monetier les bains has a reasonable 38 euros evening menu offering a choice of delicious fish and meat. They have also a delightful selection of wine including a Pouilly Fumé Ladoucette. A three course meal served by an impeccable waiter helped us to forget this horrible time with Coronavirus. Let ‘s go back there every time we feel like a very pleasant evening!"

"We ate with my companion and dog in this restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitress is top and the chef knows his products, producers, from his menu to his wine list. A perfectly designed kitchen and a very fair price quality ratio! In short, we enjoyed it and we intend to return there in our next visit to Briançon."
