Menu in L'Entracte is definitely one of the best in Chinaillon, and the quality of products and plates is always high. Excellent fondue (especially with sparkling wine) and some italian specialities, as gnocchi (as they have italian chef), that also makes tasty alternative from traditional food in Alps. We ate lunch here twice. On our first visit we enjoyed the special deal of a pizza, glass of wine and a coffee for about €15. The wine was very good and so we managed to almost double this cost. The service from Tony was attentive and prompt. The food on both occasions was good and I loved the freshly baked bread that accompanies everything.
