"I have the opportunity to come to this restaurant 3 times under the advice of a friend. A very nice discovery the first time, careful cuisine, very pleasant service. But unfortunately I did not find this experience afterwards. The cuisine is always as good and careful, the menu is different each time to adapt to seasonal products, but without any big taste surprises. On the other hand, disappointment in terms of service, expeditious service, the food and wine pairing is not at all mastered (I was offered a fruity white on a beef tartare), it feels a bit like I'm bothering the waitress . However, this is a restaurant that I would recommend, but with much less enthusiasm than at the beginning. "From Aigues Mortes I had lunch in this restaurant oh how magical and majestic. The chief, young Lyonnais has gold in his hands and Diamonds in his head. His companion in the room sings his technical skills and brilliantly directs the service with respect and loyalty. You're gonna make your taste buds crazy. Place to discover and use without moderation. The price is more than honest because for much less than 30€ without the aperitif and wines you enter a new world of French gastronomy. This place easily deserves a 19.5/20. Total respect."
