Arrived in Le Havre, August 11th off Princess Cruise. My wife has a medical condition and needed to use the bathroom. Restaurant was empty, asked owner to used the bathroom, the owner raised her eyebrows "absolutely not". We explained that my wife has a medical condition, she said the bathroom is only for paying customers. View all feedback.
