trusting the praiseworthy opinions we dine at the carpe diem and were overall disappointed. We did not have access to the menu at 21h05 ( served until 21h) but to the menu at 27 €. the pebble was burnt on the top, very fade, served with "crunchy" vegetables, in particular immengeable carrots because too hard. the beef paved, correct, was however served with vegetables bathing in a layer of olive oil.
