"We did not know this establishment on the banks of Sarthe at the foot of the Gallo-Roman enclosure. Our daughter, a regular, we warmly recommended her and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff and small care with a wheelchair user. Excellent andouillette de Troyes and an amazing little rosé of the island of Ré. A very good experience!"
