"Simplement la meilleure pizzéria au feu de bois du coin! Dès qu'on en à l'occasion on se fait une soirée pizza entre amis. La carte est plus que complète vous ne saurez plus ou donner de la tête mais le goût lui sera au rendez-vous! Petit bémol les boissons sont un peu chère.Attention, cette pizzéria est principalement à emporter il ne font pas de livraison et la terrasse n'est activé que l'été."

"As usual for several years, the Auberge d’antan is of an irreproachable quality. We are on a type of French cuisine above what we usually see in town. I found Antan's Inn looking for a caterer for my marriage. Only the view of the milk pig had already validated the kitchen. The many comings have subsequently strengthened my respect for this country's cuisine (if it is not the best cuisine in the French region, it is not unpleasant to the Lyon breweries that still keep my respect). The classics of the map make the old hostel, the mandatory stop for anyone travelling near Ariège. Bravo to the chef and the kitchen. Garbure, each of its recipes, but that of the Auberge d'Antan brings an overview of what awaits us: local products, cooked to perfection, with taste and especially this little more than we expected (that I expect) of a restaurant: a professionalism and a know-how that makes us say: My dish wouldn't be so good at home. The milk pig with the macaronis, a pleasure for the eyes at the entrance, a pleasure for the taste buds when arriving in front of us. The piece of beef is perfect. All desserts as simple as ingenious. Let's not forget the staff with its imposing charisma but very friendly boss, a kitchen making honor to the products used, and the team in the very pro room and always there when we need it. In short, 700km separate us from this restaurant, but what a pleasure to spend there when we come around."

"We shared a very pleasant four-course meal with food and wine pairing, from the very professional waiter to the sommelier who mastered her wine list perfectly, recommending very good bottles to us, the dishes when they were very refined we enjoyed ourselves and we will come back with great pleasure!
