Pleasant welcome with rearranged seating when we hadn’t booked. Lovely view across the Loire to Ingrandes. Choice of menu that suited everyone, even fussy teens at reasonable prices. Attentive staff e.g. bread basket refilled without asking, accidentally dropped cutlery replaced and menu items explained where it was unfamiliar etc. We spoke French, but they would have managed if we hadn’t been able to. read more.

In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WiFi. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for visitors with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

A very reasonably priced €18 Aug 19) specials menu gave plenty of choice and a superb selection of cheeses. A really enjoyable and great value meal.
