Nice culinary discovery. On holiday in the Hautes Alpes, we went to eat in a restaurant in Monêtier-les-Bains: Le 16 AME. What a wonderful surprise. We chose the discovery menu. Everything was delicious, fine, exceptional flavors in mouth. We feel that there is rigour, passion, love of well done work, discipline.
