Burger King - Le Roy

Not so much tables to sit, but it's okay. Fast service.

No matter what you order, and no matter what time of day, they will ask you to pull around and wait in a parking spot, if you order through the drive thru. Even if you order ONE thing, you 'll be asked to pull around . It 's ridiculous. Food was often cold or lukewarm. I say was , because we will never go there again, after too many times of lukewarm food and pulling around to wait for a small order.

Every time I order from here my order is messed up. I keep giving them chances to fix it... after today I am done with this location. Plenty of other options in LeRoy.

I like Burger King, but the one in Le Roy is consistently bad compared to others. Food is often cold and kept around too long under warming lights. Staff leaves droppings on the floor that are visible from the counter.

The up most nastiest treatment I have ever received! All I did was ask for fresh fries sense the ones that where made where old cold and the oil was gross! The manager Brian began to yell and say he had already made them and that they got cold for walking to our table which was 2 seconds from the counter. He threw the food across the room in the back and made new then began to yell across the restaurant for me to come to the fryer to inspect the fries to prove he's not a liar. While on the phone with corporate! I went up to get my fries and he kept yelling and yelling that is this how you f king treat people? While I was on the phone with corporate. I had advised him I was on the phone with corporate and he said they can't hear and WONT do anything about then slammed the tray on the counter. Our order was wrong. Was not given a receipt! Sadly all this took place in front of my kids! Wow what a nice family place to get verbally assaulted by a staff member let alone a manager! This man needs to be FIRED ASAP!!! Also with our food being so bad and the service frightening a refund should be issued! Do not take you or your family to this location!!!!
