"We had booked a table for the evening the day before and were glad to have done so. The restaurant was full and all people coming after us had to be sent away. The menu was printed on a single sheet of paper like a newspaper. We started with half a dozen Oysters to share, my wife then had the riz de veau (sweetbreads) while I ordered the pork tripes cooked in balsamic vinegar. I had never experienced pork tripes before, only veal, didn‘t even know they existed. What shall Is say: absolutely delicious: very tender and tasty. A wonderful experience! We had a bottle of very reasonably priced white Côte du Rhône which went very well with both dishes. Service was very efficient and also very friendly. Certainly one of the top restaurants in Montreuil!"
