What Juliette Lefebvre doesn't like about Cut:
Restaurant en bout de galerie marchande. Belle ambiance moderne et dynamique. Peut être un peu froid !Les choix sont dans la même dynamique, avec une touche très cuisine du monde. Et c’est bon ! Dommage de voir certaines choses surgelées…Le bémol vient du service, un gérant peu pro, pas aimable irrespectueux au contraire du service jeune et pro.Désormais fermé… View all feedback.
They never eat a carpacio here they cut it 1 cm thick, and when they make the note, they almost scream on them. no good thai experience.
The service was good, but the menu left us literally speechless! a Thai restaurant with mainly egg options for starter, followed by guacamole with sweet chill sauce, cheddar and Thai sausage and carpaccio for the main was only so bizarre! and then, when the strange decisions appeared, they were formally slandered.
16 golfers there for a meal outside. eating and service were excellent. great restaurant with beautiful tables and views of the dunes. I would recommend this especially as the only vegan in the group. if I had a grip, it was... in the absence of alcohol choices mainly around the gin and the tonic, where beefeater was the only gin available.
We trusted trip advisor on this but were let down. A beef carpaccio starter was very chewy and the chicken in the Thai curry was chewy too. Also having only 3 bottles of cold Singha beer for a Thai restaurant is disappointing. On the positive...side the prawn soup was very nice however one of us now has a chipped tooth from something in his soup.
We discovered this restaurant few months ago. We went again and still been enthusiastic with the food.
