La qualité des Sushi shop est malheureusement variable d'une franchise à une autre. Celui-ci se classe dans les moins bons de la chaîne selon moi. Si l'on prend la peine de commander du menu à la pièce, la qualité est généralement au rendez-vous, mais le prix est bien sur supérieur aux boîtes préparées, pour emporter.
