The girl behind the counter said she strongly suggested that I chose chicken as my meat for this meal. And I reckon that chicken must have been two weeks old and they were trying to use it up. I took all the bits of chicken out and just ate the noodles (unfortunately, I ordered extra chicken). I've got a bit of a love-hate relationship with just about every Noodle Box I've graced over the years, and this one is no exception.
Noodle Box do an OK job with their noodle dishes, but I tend to find most of their offerings just a little bland compared to other places.
It's not fancy. It's just tasty. Have tried pretty much everything on menu. Black beam especially good. Splash out on spring rolls as a side, they are delicious.
Dropped in unexpectedly and glad we did. Spring rolls tasty with sweet chilli sauce. Pad Thai chicken for me and garlic prawns for her excellent. Box looks like it's just right for one meal but in fact does TWO. Good value and stayed piping hot on the drive home. Can also eat in. Nice freindly staff.
