What User likes about Harvey's:
I ordered doordash and a driver never showed up to deliver the order, I was sent a refund and was asked to pick it up myself. lisa the manager was incredibly nice and offered me to eat for free, threw in a torte and was very sincere with the whole situation. by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. harvey is when you see that this gives her an increase! cold pommes, opened the wrap paper on the burger to find a sloppy chaos of senf, ketchup and relish. I have been a hasenburg fan for many years, but not this place will not be back View all feedback.
