"I came because of the Yelp reviews. Turns out that everyone was right. This place is awesome. First of all, the setup in this bus is way too cool. But who would have thought they'd be able to create such great food out of it? The perch tacos are fantastic. The perch is so tasty and the corn tortillas just make a perfect match. And the poutine. To an American, the idea seems absurd. The gravy thing just doesn't seem to go with it. But I figured the Canadians had to be on to something, and they are. And Birdie's makes a mean poutine. I highly recommend both. If you're visiting Point Pelee National Park, and you should, because it's beautiful, definitely plan to stop by the big red bus. If you're not hungry, make room. You don't want to miss this."

"Perhaps the hype had me believing this restaurant would be off the charts good. Sadly, it wasn 't. I 've had far better Italian fare while dining out. We started our meal with Aranchini. They were large, flavourful, and excellent. They were the star of the night. Two of our group of four ordered Chicken Parmesean with pasta. One did not finish it (perhaps 1/4 of it as he found the chicken rubbery I found the chicken far too thin with heavy breading. One of our group ordered the beef tips in pasta with mushrooms. He said the beef tips were overcooked. However, the sauce was excellent. Pasta was not freshly made. Person 4 ordered the ravioli stuffed with butter nut stuffed squash. She said it was tasteless....huge disappointment as she lit up when she saw it on the menu. 3 of us had Caesar salads..which were good. Person 4 had a house salad...said it was good. Service by Andrea was excellent, considering how busy it got. Ambiance was very loud (there was a table of about 20 ppl running the centre of the restaurant . Pacing for food to come out was slow (but to be fair, the large table ordered before us . All 4 of us, when outside, discussed whether we 'd return, and the consensus was that we would not (all 4 of us . In this case, the hype did not live up to it."

"World class ribs in small town Leamington! Seriously, the 1/3 rack of side ribs with BBQ sauce fell off the bone and were fantastic. I got the surf and turf so it came with some perch, which was good but paled in comparison to the ribs. Get the ribs here!! The service is quite slow, but the wait is worth it. Prices are very fair and portions are humongous."

"A great spot for lunch. . Assuming you like close quarters, noise and good menu . Menu was adequate and featured local ingredients - meaning fish and the like. It's more a Pub/Grill than a real restaurant.Service was pleasant and the food came reasonably quickly.Prices were reasonable. I could bump my rating up to a 4 possibly. But the noise and crowded environment was a bit much for us older folks.This all said - we would go back ....."

"Omg this place is THE best for breakfast!!! I had the chicken waffle dish and it was absolutely amazing!!! Kudos to the chef and the staff was super polite and go out of the way with service!! See you guys real soon!!"
