The driver was rude and didn’t follow the contactless delivery instructions; he knocked loudly on the door and demanded a tip. I thought I had already tipped him. Additionally, the pizza was burnt. View all feedback.
They canceled my order and refused to explain the refund procedure. I was put on a long time and when I called again to talk to manager, a woman answered the phone I asked for her name, so I knew who I spoke to and she refused to give me her name and said she didn't have to laugh. domino has lost a customer and I will never support this business again. bad customer service and the manager should find another job. there is a reason why they could not get a real job, I would also work on a pizza place as an adult if I didn't manate and customer service

They don't even accept their own coupons the franchise owner needs to be terminated for incompetence
