I tried to Dine-in. They close at 9pm and at 825p as I?m walking in one of the girls says ?Here comes people?. The other girls says ?You can?t dine in.. What can I get you to go? Came in and stood to be seated but you have to order first then sit no one told me. Food was alright. I do like the garlic bread.

"1 star for experience 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back!"
