The wait was so ridiculous we got here at 3:10 waiting on food here it is almost four

"1 star for experience 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back!"

"We were immediately greeted as soon as we left, in which always is a good sign. The staff was very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The prices were also very reasonable for the amount of food I received. It took a while until the food came for as few people as there was in the restaurant, but we were not in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal. Total great experience!"
