The food is good but the service is very poor. It took me 15 min to be seated and that was at 1240. The young lady sat me on the left side and basically forgot about me when she took my order for food and it took her fifteen min to bring me water and soup and I had to finally go to the bar saying I had to go back from lunch when I get an hour. "1 star for experience 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back!"

"Honestly it was worth it and delcious! Food came pipping hot but I did pay the express fee because if you know your getting food you want hot you need to pay express ; not complain and trash talk your dasher nor the food place. Order was 100% correct and cooked with love."
