Avant garde? More like en garde from the vaunter. A team of chefs so egotistical that they vaunt their perceived abstruse knowledge of food... Only to plate something so foreign and repulsive that it would be an insult to all food to classify it as such. Word of advice. Pick a different trade. View all feedback.
