Not brilliant! Place is very old and run down. The starters anti pasti for 2 was pretty awful hot dishes were straight out of the freezer. The Tagliatto was good. Feel a little ripped off by the wine. Offered house wine, but given an expensive bottle. Wasn't shown a wine list. They made a big thing that we were from London. I'd leave Cosamino to the locals. Servizio ottimo, locale vissuto e tradizionale, cibo tradizionale con porzioni abbondanti. Carino per una sera ma poi proverei altro.
