Bistrot is a good cafe, if you want to have a lunch close to the amphitheater. I would not recommend the place, if you are looking for good food. The food is average and can be much better in Italy. We had lunch in this bistrot in the city center right in front of the anfiteatro. Typical products from Puglia, good ingredients, unfortunately we had the impression that the aperitivo had fried products from the day before, not really prepared at that moment. In addition, at lunch time they had finished the coffee, incredible, you should have gone to buy it, to finish the coffee in Italy at lunch time is really impossible.
