Allegedly one of the best hotels in Lech, this hotel has a very nice outdoor seating area for lunch. Unfortunately, the service is clueless. We ordered soup as starters followed by main dishes. "The first time, at 2.15, we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes to order because the kitchen was short staffed. When the food did arrive, what we ordered came over 10 minutes apart. One might sympathise with this, but ,the second...time, also after 2.00, our food arrived, after a long wait, also over 10 minutes apart, and our drinks never arrived. On enquiring twice, the second time we were told (by the owner? that we would have to wait as they were serving larger parties. Restaurant rechristened rude alp for us! To be fair, a waitress took pity on us, gave us our bill and a free double espresso. One sympathises with their short staffedness, but!!!!!!"
