"We have been going to Castor for 8 years. Every time we have something to celebrate. Ever since they had their first star. We have already been to Gert de Mangeleer in Bruges, Boury when they just had 3 stars like many other 2 star restaurants. Very honest, they deserve 3 stars. The hostess is not as often hotain or played, here she is genuinely friendly and you feel at ease. Went today and everything was fantastic. There is still growth in the dishes. Always a great day! May they continue for a long time to come! We always recommend everyone to eat here."
