"The Lancelin Beach Hotel is hands down the best place to stay in Lancelin, owners Mick Nola stop at nothing to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. To add to this they have years of local knowledge meaning your stay will never get boring! The rooms have been refurbished making them comfortable and clean. The view from the restaurant/bar (Dunes) is incredible for sunset and the food is top notch. If you make it down to the Sport Bar you'll find friendly staff and after 5pm Mick the owner is always there to tell a story."

"Wow, the food is of excellent quality, better than any restaurant in Perth. The bbq pork ribs melt in your mouth my partner had the steak burger which he described as the best he has ever had. Staff were friendly, fast service and amazing views."

"It was more windy than usual at Lancelin when a friend and I decided to treat ourselves at The Dunes on a Tuesday lunch time.Yes it was quiet and we experienced a warm welcome from the young wait staff person behind the bar. Once we sat down he was most helpful in both answering and asking questions e.g. how hungry were we when we asked the approx size of the meals. My friend's burger was excellent and a meal in itself but came with loads of chips to boot and excellent they were as well; My garlic prawns were disappointing I'm used to the large very fat prawns at Avellino's so they appeared most dismal in comparison. What saved the dish was the sauce they came with and the rice but for Lancelin must admit was disappointed with the size of the prawns. The Spring rolls I also ordered were excellent. This would be a brilliant location to watch the sunset and enjoy a sea breeze and on a milder day loads of outside seating was available with plenty of shade cloth offering protection from the sun.Plenty of lawn space for any active offspring.We ordered from the lunch menu and I believed it was a bit pricy the main menu even more so. But that's simply my opinion as I really enjoy getting full value from my money especially at lunch time.Must admit I cannot see me returning as there are several good options available in Lancelin at for me a more realistic price."
