Chipotle Mexican Grill - LEDGEWOOD

I decided to stop at Chipotle to get a bite to eat and when I arrived I parked in the parking lot. I wanted to try their new plant based chorizo. I ordered online and it was done when I got there. I ordered for my clients as well and nothing was marked so I had to look through all the meals to see which was which and the staff was no help. When I did try the plant based chorizo bowl it was pretty good though but the rest of the experience not so much.

Store was messy. Garbage by the napkin area are full! I ordered a kids build your own, and I got a bowl with less food than kids! Also, diet coke was almost sour from the mountain machine.

Honestly this is a place is no joke. Rumor has it the people incharge at this chipotle are the most creative employees in the entire franchise. They find miraculous ways to screw up orders you didn't think humanly possible. If you want to order what you want to eat and receive an incomplete order or even and entirely wrong order, Come here. They are open until 10pm every day messing up anything you want. If you go there 5 times you'll be disappointed 4.9 times. I'll be back next week at some point when everything in my life feels to good to be true, I'll stop by here to remind me what disappointment tastes likes.

I?ve never had a worse Chipotle experience than at this location. We ordered 3 bowls online and they got every single order incorrect, didn?t give us the guac we paid extra for on any of the bowls, forgot the chips and the order wasn?t ready until over 15 minutes after the pickup time. The store was not well kept and the employees were rude and lazy.

Used to be ok but has gone downhill. Twice my orders have been missing salad dressing, and the chip portion was abysmal most recently. I'm talking half the portion they used to give out. Why am I paying so much for chips/salsa when I could more easily get 10x the amount for the same price at a grocery store?
