"Enjoyed iced coffee variety of flavors available one family member non dairy so was able to have oatmilk instead of regular milk allowing her to enjoy this tasty treat. "I ordered a large donair with sweet sauce, onions and tomato. The donair was regular sized at best and i think they forgot to add the sauce but they must have put an entire sliced onion on it... The donair meat is sliced extremely thin and there are no charred ends. It seemed like the frozen stuff you can buy at the grocery store. Not the best donair spot thats for sure"

"I invited some girlfriends to go out to Rural Routes for one of the girls birthday since they hadn’t been to this restaurant yet. We had mixed reviews. The Po’boy pork belly sandwich was very good. The poutine was ruined by the fact that they put it in a deep soup bowl and filled it within an cm of the top of the bowl with gravy. It was essentially french fry and curds soup. The cheese curds were tasty and squeaky which is a bonus. But the gravy was not flavourful enough. The kitchen board was good. Nice pickled products. Nice cheeses. Nice relish and jam. Just not a wow. Service was perfect! We all found the chairs extremely uncomfortable. We only stayed as long as we needed to. There were maybe 2 other tables in the restaurant. Certainly not busy like it was when they first opened. I wonder if they had disappointing meals like I have the last 3 or 4 times there. I hope that next time is better. I am happy they are there, I just wish they would change the chairs."
