What Ben Cipollini doesn't like about The Basin Cafe:
We went in person because neither online ordering nor a phone call worked. In person did not work either! After 10 minutes in line, we were told they were waiting 15 minutes to take orders. Meanwhile, their kitchen worked at a snails pace while announcing all their mistakes oh I made the wrong salad after hearing our order smh). We had to scram over to nicely 's to get any good. Taste of food is good and the price is reasonable, warm as home.
Great food. The ribs and chicken fried steak are amazing.
