Charcoal Chicken - Leeds

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a donner box for £14.50 and an extra can of Pepsi for £1.25, expecting a satisfying meal. However, what I received was far from what was advertised. The kebab was basic, with only a few pieces of popcorn chicken and no coleslaw as promised. I felt like I was overcharged for the low-quality meal I received. This will be the first and last time I order from this place. I was disgusted with the discrepancy between what they advertise and what they actually deliver.

The advertising at this restaurant needs to be corrected as what I ordered did not match up with the prices. I did not receive what I paid for at all. £12 for a donner box that was the size of a normal kebab is unacceptable. The Pepsi was not branded as BARR and was overpriced compared to what you would find in a shop. Not only was the advertising misleading, but I feel like I was also overcharged. I would like a refund for my experience. I am happy to return the food because it was not good quality, cheap, and seemed to be frozen.

The lamb karahi was very watery, not like the usual karahi I’ve had from here and was clearly not cooked properly. The chicken biryani was okay. I appreciate the prompt delivery but the food wasn’t of usual standard.

Not cooked well at all. Completed wasted my money. The chips are old and way to over salted with chip spice. Had to put in the bin. Chicken was okay Coleslaw was in a small sauce pot and would not call that a side. Won't be ordering again.

Asked for donner wrap with mayo came with some hot sauce on that's burning my mouth! Chips soggy won't be ordering again!
