We dine at Crafts regularly, and most of the time the food and service are decent. However, last night we experienced some issues. Our drinks took 35 minutes to arrive, a starter was misplaced but promptly replaced (possibly from dishes ready under a heat lamp). Standard steak experience with pfeffersoße, the pommes were standard bar level pages, the steak I asked for medium but actually consisted a little. I think for the local standard its ok but in comparison to any fine dinning in europa this is a little dragging.
