This is by far the worst Marks Spencer’s cafe that I ever visited , the service is Extremely Slow , cutlery dirty , tables left with dirty plates etc , thus hampering people from sitting down . I my opinion all of the staff require retraining , Not the normal M S standard . 1 Star . View all feedback.

read moreMarks and Spencer's cafes have received mixed reviews recently. Some customers have complained about slow service, lack of saucers with tea cups, and issues with food quality. However, others have praised the helpful staff, good quality food, and variety of options. Despite some negative feedback, many still find the cafe a reliable choice for a quick meal or snack while shopping. Overall, the consensus seems to be that while there may be some room for improvement, Marks and Spencer's cafes still offer a decent dining experience for most patrons.
