Arby’s here on Rice Rd in Lee’s Summit is my quick go to for lunch sometimes. Being in the same plaza makes it convenient. I always get hot fresh food everyone is always extremely pleasant nice. The manager today even turned me on to the lemonade with a mix of peach strawberry! Amazing! You guys rock! Side note… MY FRIES ARE ALWAYS HOT! View all feedback.
What Randall Springfield doesn't like about Arby's:
If they had a zero here that's what I would give it. Waited in the drive thru for 20 min. It appeared they only had 3 people working. Doing one car at a time. Manager with the red short Mohawk hair very rude when she was asked about the service. Done going there. View all feedback.
Decent food. They have fish sandwiches, in addition to their usual fare. Updated dining room. You may need to ask for ketchup /or other sauces at the counter.
