Our meats are smoked and served fresh daily. Take out is always a food that is never as fresh as when you dine in. You have travel time that will make you food cool down prior to enjoying. What Monte D doesn't like about Summit Hickory Pit Bbq:
Waiter was good and helpful. There brisket wasn't my favorite very thin sliced meat, I like it about a1/4” thick and juicy. This was not that at all like that, it reminded me of a school lunch. I wish I would have tried the ribs instead. There pork was ok and the burnt ends were nice and tender! Others in my group said the turkey and sausage was really good.
