While I was in the area I stopped in to get carry-out for dinner. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant has an interesting/homely feel inside. Their menu is pretty big and laid out nicely in many categories.I opted for some chicken KaProw, Chicken Pad See Ew, Chicken Basil Fried Rice, and Chicken Tom Yum and I have to say that it was all outstanding! What Mon Lambrad doesn't like about Bua Thai:
Very rude staff…I got there early evening while a waitress was chatting with two ladies in a foreign language. She acted like we interrupted them by simply coming in the restaurant and asked me in a demeaning tone, “How may I help you?” I asked her if we can choose our seats or if we should wait to be seated. She angrily pointed to a table. A few minutes later, she came to the table and slammed 4 menus in front of me... View all feedback.
I was there a couple more times and I'll go back! eating is excellent, the place is cozy and the staff is very friendly!
Host family in leesburg. that was the most authentic thai I had in over a decade! absolutely delicious. their use of fresh crumbles instead of powders, etc. was a game changer. the combinations created taste directions that they simply do not get from most Thai restaurants. I really hope that leesburg and lansdowne appreciate and support this restaurant so that I can always enjoy it. family and friends they must try this place!
I order pad thai and they told me it was 15 min it took about 25-30 min which is fine. But my food had hair and pieces of metal in it…

Their menu is pretty big and laid out nicely in many categories.I opted for some chicken KaProw, Chicken Pad See Ew, Chicken Basil Fried Rice, and Chicken Tom Yum and I have to say that it was all outstanding! The soup was one of the best I’ve had, the broth had a really nice, fresh, lemony flavor from the lemon grass (unfortunately, there was a couple of large piece of lemongrass stalk in the soup, but it was easy to spot and remove) and the spice level was excellent! The flavors of the stir fried items was spot-on and had that “flame kissed” flavoring to them.Definitely would recommend stopping in… Really good Thai eats here!!
Great pungent food. Their dishes can be extra spicy so make sure to ask for mild spicy if you can't tolerate it. My favorite dish there are pineapple fried rice and their Drunken noodles. However I do not like their pad Thai, it is not as flavorful.
