Okay we (my wife I) knew of a place in Leesburg, Va called Colombian Place that we wanted to try; however, we could not find it. Turns out that the restaurant was part of Chefscape and inside under an office building. A great idea lots of choices like a food court but...we ordered at Colombians Place but after 45 minutes when we checked on our order it was still another 30+ minutes until it was ready! The problem UNDER STAFFED! We cancelled the order and the lady waiting on line refunded our money all of it. We had received our drinks and she gave us an order of empandas which were very good.
