My daughter and I recently tried the L18 lunch special at Happy Garden, which included crispy chicken with rice and chicken lo mein noodles. It was hands down the best meal we've had in a long time. What User doesn't like about Happy Garden:
An older man answered the phone but didn't speak English very well. He started yelling, which was rude. If you can't speak English, you shouldn't be answering the phone. Poor customer service overall. View all feedback.
