Was greeted by Jonathan with the hair braid and he was very accommodating to me and my absent children’s meal. The entire staff was helpful to remind me to grab water and chips/cookie like they have had issues before and were consistent with making sure no mistakes happened. What Sunshine Haynie doesn't like about Potbelly:
The BLTA was just terrible. How do you mess that up. The bread was overly toasted, the sandwich had a pinch of mustard you could hardly see. The soup was decent along with the chips and drink. Whoever makes the sandwiches needs to go back to the drawing board, my 5 year old can make a better sandwich. View all feedback.

Never received food delivery. Told there was nothing they could do about it. I lost my money.

The current list of dishes may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of meals, the card also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the list of dishes also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by guests, even if these have not yet been entered.
