Dax Gastrobar is a lovely place to dine out. We were staying in Leeuwarden for 2 nights in September 2022 and spent one of the evenings eating out here. The food was wonderful, cooked well but also as a recipe put together really well. The selection of drinks was great and the total atmosphere and ambiance of the place was delightful. Salmon and zeebaars were delicious. Portion was definitely big enough. Beer was cold and refreshing
