"A must-visit place in Legazpi, Small Talk is a locally renowned restaurant offering dishes with a unique Bicolano twist. My ultimate favorite was the Pinangat (Laing) Pasta; it was creamy and has the right level of spice. The chairs could’ve been comfier, but other than that, everything’s great. The staff was accommodating, the ambiance was inviting, and the prices are just right."

"Food is great. They have a lot of food to choose from their menu which are unique. I like how they prepared the rice which is wrapped in banana leaves.
