Con la salsa alla panna densa e i funghi diventa una prelibatezza anche per chi non è prettamente di "selvaggina".Le castagne, gli spaetzli, la frutta cotta e la sella di capriolo sono fantastici!Le quantità sono veramente per chi ha fame. Si va per la sella alla veranda. Dovrebbe essere la specialità della casa ma non ci ha convinto. Ben presentata ma ricoperta di una salsa cremosa ai funghi che ci è parsa eccessiva e pesante .
