"An order on a shot, order at 19h55 for 4 pizzas. Ready at 8:45 as announced, a wonderful paste, a very generous filling, a perfect cooking, all for a more than reasonable price! "On our return to to Tuulouse at the end of our Christmas vacation, I insisted that we try to read bistronautes. the first impression is it id tiny, the whole restaurant is the size of our kitchen to house. there are tables and banquet seats on the sides...so they do reserve unless they want to sit on the bar. the food is freshly prepared before them, from the plates of cheese and ham through the chick and dessert. it is all organic and from the region. then on the wee, it was wonderful, I love a dark-rich longuedocian red and the three gkassen that I had were fantastic."

"Plant based in France is very difficult even though has got the Paris treaty and is very aware of climate change. I chose Le Cafe Cerise randomly as I had to drop mon amour off at the airport and happened to be in Toulouse at 8.30am. Plant based and early in France, mon dieu... Most cafes open at 10am... Except for Le Cafe Cerise. Lucky me, they had excellent coffee with oat milk and I highly recommend their delicious, mild cafe au lait (avoine). My companion had an avocado toast which looked very good, with spinach salad on the side and I had a granola with lovely peaches and oat milk. We enjoyed the nice vibes at the cafe and I could easily have sat for another coffee or two!"
