This sandwich shop is in a gas station, but half of the menu is vegan. I have the Maya angelou (delicious) and my not vegan husband also enjoyed his sub a bit....

"Some of the best donuts in the state. Hidden in the west side of Lehi, the square donuts are amazing. The staff is super nice. Came here on a Thurs am and was able to get in and out. I was told that you have to come early or there's a chance they may runout of stuff later in the afternoon."

"The honey pork railway mi is very good (the bungalow is not a traditional bright flaky baguette.) the pho is 7/10. the customer service is not very friendly and the restaurant is not pleasant to sit because there is no barrier between the loud kitchen and the area."

"It is absolutely a hidden gem in Vineyard! I've driven past 100s of times and finally stopped by today. The inside of this coffee shop is super cute and has a really chill vibe. The coffee was fantastic! I got something called a Snickers Jitter, and it was AMAZING! It was super sweet, which is what I like, and it was a unique flavor that you won't get at Starbucks. It's worth stopping in for sure!Vegetarian options: They have some breakfast pastries that are vegetarian and can make milk free coffee.. I don't think it's any different than any other coffee shop, though.Parking: Lots of parking, but it was Sunday."

"Loved the food with generous portions. Waiter was perfect with service as needed but not hovering. I look forward to eating here again. The only improvement I could suggest is more comfortable seating. The chairs were a little rough on my older bones."
