My friends and I recently had a birthday party celebration here and they were so accommodating with two bordering tables. The food came out quickly and our waiter was awesome! What Jared Andersen doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
They lost our order while sitting waiting. That took a long time. Then our steaks were undercooked. Instead of cooking us a new steak, they took our undercooked steak back to the kitchen to cook it longer. Which took even more time. They knocked off 5 dollars off the total price. Should have been 50% off, at least. Not a great experience. We have been there many times before and never had a problem. View all feedback.
