I would like to begin by saying that these Wendy’s I found, really hit or miss in the customer service aspect BUT I will only rate 5 stars for death. Every time I see Todd specifically, I get the best customer experience I've ever got from any fast food chain. The Sunday evening crew has no idea what?s going on. They tried to send me off with an incomplete order two separate times. They use the wrong lids on the Frostuccino with no explanation which made it hard to carry them. The sandwich was in complete. The wait time was too long for how small the order was. "Some of the best donuts in the state. Hidden in the west side of Lehi, the square donuts are amazing. The staff is super nice. Came here on a Thurs am and was able to get in and out. I was told that you have to come early or there's a chance they may runout of stuff later in the afternoon."
