What Rich Soto doesn't like about Esmeralda:
We looked on google for cuban food and they came up but they didn't have cuban specialty food they are actually a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the fried steak but the steak was way to stretchy and chewy the breading was falling off it was horrible. The server was not attentive and didn't fill up the drinks.
