"Food and service was horrible, ordered chicken fingers and fries for the kid. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in shrimp grease. Also ordered Hibachi and a teriyaki bowl which tasted a little weird. When we complained about the food nothing was done other than offering a discount, even for the food our kids didn't want to eat. I would never come back here and if could have rated this negatively, I would have."

"After reading wonderful things about Harold and his restaurant, we were fortunate to be able to get a table on a Friday night on our way from the airport to the beach. I knew it would be good; but the quality of service, food, and atmosphere all greatly exceeded our expectations. Our server, Heather, was friendly, excellent, and took great care of us. The manager, Tyler, also spent time with us, was very friendly, and sincerely made sure everything was perfect. We then had the pleasure of meeting Harold. It is obvious Harold loves his patrons, his staff, and providing one of the most unique and superb dining experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Howard. Everything was really amazing and my 5 year old daughter loved the tour of the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you again in a few days and being blown away (again) by your incredible gift. EVERYTHING was great!Absolutely Incredible."

"Food was good but place is so busy that they are chaotic. There was no hostess anywhere. I waited 10 mins, w a baby , to be seated. Luckily the bartender was a sweetheart and sat us. Food was decent and server was decent. I honestly felt for all the servers. They seemed overwhelmed. Owners need to pay attention here.3 stars for the lack of effort to get customers Sat. I def won't be back !"
