While on a beer tour years ago, we ended up at Verona pizza, needing to soak up some alcohol with hearty foods- and I realized maybe the beer had me in a hazy fog, because I never rated- Opting for our go to mushroom, peppers, sausage- the pizza wasn't overly greasy- the crust was a bit soggier than thick or charred crisp than I would have liked- but there was lots of cheese on top.
